The perfect opportunity for moms-to-be! Prepare for birth and keep your body fit at the same time with Downtown Yoga's three week Prenatal Yoga Series.

Workshops are on April 14, April 21, and May 5.

This class is suitable for beginner through advanced pregnant practitioners, or women wishing to become pregnant.

In addition to learning to harness the power of the breath, developing a stronger mind-body awareness, and experiencing deep relaxation to wash your worries away, you will now also receive further information and guidance on aligning and preparing your body for a smoother pregnancy and birth. Learn to create an optimal environment for baby and connect with your pelvic floor and core now for a faster recovery after birth. Gain important insights and join a guided practice from two professions to strengthen, relax, and empower your body and mind for the remainder of your motherhood journey.

The goal? Experience a more comfortable pregnancy, smoother birth, faster recovery, and connection with others along the same journey!
